Plymouth School of Creative Arts opened in 2013, offering a mainstream learning environment for children aged four to 16, offering high quality education with a creative edge.
The school is passionate about offering creative learning to young people in Plymouth. Sponsored by Plymouth College of Art, the institute is run with the same ethos: that education should be more innovative, inventive & engaging across all subjects.
Because we have a strong relationship with Plymouth College of Art, we were asked to develop the School of Creative Arts' brand across their internal documents & primary prospectus.
Sticking firmly to the school's vision we had the challenge of producing a prospectus, which identifies the school as a place for making, thinking & creative learning.
We presented our initial designs to the headteacher (PSCA) & the principal of Plymouth College of Art. The visual brand was well received among future parents & staff.
The design focused on aspects of transformation, interweaving design elements to reflect this.
Our work with the school helped build confidence locally & secure applications to the primary/secondary phasing.
We also advised & managed the final printed brochures which were finished on Edixion Offset, premium uncoated paper printed locally in Devon.
